Steve’s family grew up in Simpson, PA and Carbondale, PA. His grandfather owned a butcher shop in Simpson that he started after serving in the Army during World War II. After his death, his son Carl and grandson Steve carried on the tradition of making old world Polish foods. Steve is happy that you can now taste his century old family recipe with both fresh and smoked kielbasa!
